Danny’s Wish is excited to announce that we are getting ready to ship the iPads to the recipients of iPads For Autism. So far we have raised over $15,000 which has been able to supply us with 30, 16 Gig Wifi iPads and Speck Hard Candy Shell Protective Cases.
While we are proud and excited to be distributing these iPads, we can’t help but be a little disappointed. Disappointed due to the fact that we have received well over 100 applications from families with Autistic children, and we are limited to distribute only the number of iPads that our fundraising allows.
That is why we need your help! We have teamed up with The Hope Process to help us raise donations through credit card processing. When a business signs up for credit card processing through The Hope Process, the profits earned from that business’ processing fees are donated on to the charity of the business owner’s choice (hopefully, Danny’s Wish) in the business owners name. With every swipe of a credit card business owners will be donating to Danny’s Wish and they don’t have to open up their own wallet.
The Hope Process has already helped Danny’s Wish raise thousands of dollars. Please spread the word about The Hope Process and iPads For Autism to business owners you may know and help us give non-verbal Autistic children a voice that they have never had before.

Hi,
I was wondering if you are sending out iPads to children in your state or if we have a chance at getting this for our daughter here in Iowa. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Jenny
First that all, I like to thanks for the opportunity that you guys bring to the families with children with autism condition.
Im a mother of 4, with 3 authistic children;thats why I just want to be lucky and have the opportunity to win at least 1 ipads for them. Two of my kids are non verbal authistic childs, and I know that the ipad will help me to understand them, and that the ipad will help them a lot with communications skills, and at the time they have something that can help me to understand them at home, and will be benefit for there future and wish my son your chance to win one.
Hi Jenny,
Thanks for checking in with us. Our campaign has been a huge success thus far and we are hoping we can continue donating iPads to Autistic children forever. We are accepting applications from all over the Unites States. No one is disqualified as long as they can supply us with an application with a diagnosis report, IEP or any other supporting documents that would provide us with more information about your child and his daily life. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime. Thanks and we look forward to receiving your application.

I was wondering what the response time is once I’ve filled out an application. Our 4 yr old was just diagnosed as autistic and we are looking for assistance programs to help us with our son. This is all new to us and we are feeling overwhelmed with trying to find him some help. We live in the DFW area and my wife would desperately like to find some support group, either online or in person, for parents with similar kids. Thanks for your help!!!
William-
Hello and thank you for your comment. Our first gifts of iPads were just distributed in April. We are currently fundraising to enable us to continue to distribute iPads to all who apply. If an application has been sent to us, we will keep it on file for all future iPad distributions. When our funding allows, we will again review ALL applications.
We are looking forward to sending more out soon and you will be notified as soon as we start up again. Thanks so much for your support and understanding.
In the mean time, please join our Facebook page if you haven’t all ready. It is a great resource for parents. We have many parents who are support for each other on there as well. We hope we have helped answer your questions. Don’t lose heart. There is hope out there!

Hello there, I was thinking about starting a site to do just this. Are you still taking applications for Ipads for Autism? I would like to fill out a form for my 6 year old son who has been working with one at his school to help him communicate.
Thank You
